Cancellation & Refunds

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped. To cancel your order:

1. Email us at kisssmelater@gmail.com with your order ID
2. Include "Order Cancellation" in the subject line
3. We will confirm the cancellation and initiate a refund

Note: Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. You may return the order once received.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unused and in original condition
• With all tags attached
• In original packaging

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags
• Items damaged due to customer misuse

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at kisssmelater@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return
2. We'll provide you with return instructions and address
3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping is paid by customer)
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method:

• UPI/Wallet: 1-2 business days
• Debit/Credit Card: 5-7 business days
• Net Banking: 5-7 business days

Bank processing times may add additional days to your refund timeline.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with:

• Your order ID
• Photos of the damaged/defective item
• Description of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for damaged or defective items.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
