We want you to love your Kiss Me Later purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unused and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
How to Return
- Email us at kisssmelater@gmail.com with your order ID
- We'll provide you with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping is paid by customer)
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
